Are you charging late fees for overdue items?
No, YHPL will not be charging any late fees while we are closed. Our drop boxes are available on the front porch. However, if possible, please keep your materials at home until the library reopens.
I have a question. Can someone help me?
Staff will be available to answer questions sent to JC.LIB@4CLS.ORG , to our Facebook page, or submitted via the contact form on our website.
What if some of my holds are ready for pick up?
Holds that are listed as ready for pick-up will be held until we reopen. Please disregard the pick-up by date listed in your account.
Why can’t I place new holds through the catalog?
Staff cannot process holds on items while we are closed. To avoid a backlog, we are temporarily disabling holds on physical items.
Can I apply for a library card?
Yes, please email JC.LIB@4CLS.ORG with your name, address, DOB, and contact info. We will supply you with a temporary number so you can access online materials.
Are you accepting donations at this time?
No, please do not leave donations at the library until we reopen.
