YHPL has an ongoing take & make for spice of the month; patrons can pick up a small sample of a spice and a pamphlet with recipes and history. The spice for July will be mint.

Take home supplies to make your fairy light mason jar. Available at the circulation desk through the end of July or while supplies last.
Adult Take&Make: Painted Wooden Bracelets
Take home supplies to make DIY painted wood bangle bracelets. Available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. This craft is suitable for teens and adults. Available starting July 1.
Children’s Take&Make: Pool Noodle Monster
The July Take-and-Make for Children will be a pool noodle monster. Using simple craft supplies, make a friendly summer companion. The kit will include all materials except glue. This craft is suitable for children ages 4 and older. Kits will be available July 1, while supplies last.
