Spice of the Month Club
YHPL has an ongoing take & make for spice of the month; patrons can pick up a small sample of a spice and a pamphlet with recipes and history. The spice for September will be turmeric.
Teen Take&Make: Beaded Backpack Charm           Â
Take home supplies to make a beaded backpack charm. Available at the circulation desk through the end of September or while supplies last.
Adult Take&Make: Macramé Hanging Planters Â
Take home supplies to make a macramé hanging planter. Available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. This craft is suitable for teens and adults. Available starting September 1.
Children’s Take&Make: Curled Paper TreeÂ
Children’s Take-and-Make Craft for September will be a curled paper tree in autumn colors. Kit will include paper strips to be glued into curls, background paper and instructions. (You will need a glue stick.) Suitable for ages 3 and older. Kits will be available September 1, while supplies last.
