YHPL has an ongoing take & make for spice of the month; patrons can pick up a small sample of a spice and a pamphlet with recipes and history. The spice for April will bay leaves.

Adult Take&Make: Easy Sew Stuffed Bunnies
Take home supplies to make easy-sew stuffed bunnies. Available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. This craft is suitable for teens and adults. Available starting April 1.
Children’s Take&Make: Foam Frog Door Hanger
April’s Take&Make Craft for Children will be a craft foam frog door hanger. The kits will include enough materials to make one frog. Warning: there are some small pieces that can be choking hazards. This craft is suitable for ages 4 and older. Kits will be available beginning April 1, while supplies last.
