Spice of the Month Club
YHPL has an ongoing take & make for spice of the month; patrons can pick up a small sample of a spice and a pamphlet with recipes and history. The spice for March will be blackening seasoning.
Teen Take&Make: Flower Magnets
Take home supplies to make your own flower magnets. Available at the circulation desk through the end of March or while supplies last.
Adult Take&Make: Zinnia Starter Kit
Take home supplies to start Zinnias. Available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. This craft is suitable for teens and adults. Available starting March 2.
Children’s Take&Make: Leprechaun House
March’s Children Take-and-Make project is Build Your Own Leprechaun House. You will need to provide a box, basket or other structure, then pick up our bag of decorating materials and transform it into the ultimate Leprechaun dwelling. Kits will be available March 2, while supplies last. The craft is suitable for all ages, although the bag will include small items that may be choking hazards for young children.
