Calling all teen Twilight fans!

The Your Home Public Library and the Broome County Public library will co-host a Twilight: Eclipse program for teens ages 11 – 18 on Tuesday, June 29th at 7 p.m. at the Your Home Public Library, 107 Main Street, Johnson City.
The program will include a trivia quiz, scavenger hunt, door prizes, and t-shirt decorating (participants must provide the shirt, we will provide craft supplies) . Admission is free. Registration requested. For more information, call the YHPL at 797-4816, or BCPL at 778-6456.

Preschool Storytimes resume

The summer session of Preschool Storytimes will be held at the Your Home Public Library on Monday evenings at 6:30, beginning June 28th and running through August 9th. (No storytime on Monday, July 5th, due to the Fourth of July weekend.) The programs are for children ages 3 – 5 and their caregivers. Activities will include books, fingerplays, rhymes, games, crafts, and more. No registration is required. Call the library at 797-4816 for more information.

YHPL’s summer hours will begin on Monday, June 14. The library will be closed on Saturdays until after Labor Day weekend.
