It’s that time again!

On Saturday, September 17, the Friends of Your Home Public Library will hold a book sale from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Sale items include donations and material withdrawn from the collection. Most items will sell for 25 cents each.

YHPL Closed Saturday 9/10

YHPL will be closed on Saturday, September 10.

The Friends of the Library meeting scheduled for Saturday, September 10 has been postponed. A make-up date will be scheduled.

YHPL will attempt to resume regular hours in Monday, September 12.

Friends of the Library Book Sale – Sat. June 4

The Friends of Your Home Public Library will hold a book sale on Saturday, June 4 from 9 AM to 2 PM. Sale items will include donations as well as items withdrawn from the collection.
Customers who purchase a library tote bag for $10 can fill it for free.
Beginning at 1 PM, customers who purchase a paper bag for $2 can fill it for free.

Donations will be accepted during the hours of the book sale.

Garden Spruce Up!

On Saturday, May 14 volunteers from the Friends of the Library will pitch in to spruce up the library’s flower beds. A little work now will help the library grounds look great throughout the Spring and Summer.

If you’d like to join us in the weeding, trimming, and mulching, meet us by the front of the library around 9 AM on the 14th. (Please bring your own tools).

Book Sale!

The Friends of Your Home Public Library will hold a booksale on Saturday, December 11 from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Sale items include donations and items withdrawn from the collection. Most items will sell for 25 cents.

YHPL is accepting donations of books in good condition for the sale. They can be dropped off at the circulation desk. If you have more than one bag or box, please call the library at (607) 797-4816 to make an appointment. We cannot accept encyclopedias, Reader’s Digest Consensed Books, or items with mold or water damage.
