Library Cards Required For Computer Use!

October 1st, 2007 · No Comments

Patrons wishing to use the library’s computers must have a valid Four County Library System library card with little or no fines on it. This policy is due to the high demand for the library’s computers.

You can get a library card by showing acceptable identification at the circulation desk. Patrons from Tioga County in New York and Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania must pay a non-resident fee of $25 to get a library card. Patrons from farther away may get a guest ID for a limited time.
